California Cannabis Compliance
Apex Floral operates exclusively within California's licensed adult-use cannabis framework. Everything we grow, sell, and ship complies with the Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (MAUCRSA) and all applicable CDFA, DCC, and local ordinances.
You must be 21 or older to purchase cannabis in California. Valid government-issued ID required at every point of sale.
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase cannabis products in California. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required at the point of sale — every time, no exceptions. Accepted forms of ID include a California driver's license, U.S. passport, military ID, or any government-issued photo ID showing date of birth.
Selling cannabis to anyone under 21 is a criminal offense under California law.
Apex Floral products are available exclusively within the state of California through licensed dispensaries and delivery services. Cannabis cannot be transported across state lines — including to other states where cannabis is legal — under any circumstances. Interstate transport is a federal offense.
Do not attempt to transport Apex Floral products outside California.
California law permits adults 21+ to possess up to 28.5 grams (approximately one ounce) of cannabis flower at any time. Possession of more than 28.5 grams in a public place is a civil infraction. At home, adults may possess larger amounts for personal use. Cannabis must be stored in a closed container and kept out of reach of minors.

Cannabis may be consumed in private residences and at licensed cannabis consumption lounges. Consumption is prohibited in public spaces, vehicles (including as a passenger), within 1,000 feet of a school, daycare, or youth center while children are present, and anywhere tobacco smoking is prohibited. Landlords and property owners may restrict cannabis use on their premises.
Never consume cannabis while driving or operating machinery.
Driving under the influence of cannabis is illegal in California and carries the same penalties as driving under the influence of alcohol. Cannabis must be stored in a sealed, tamper-evident container in the trunk or a locked glove compartment while in a vehicle. Open containers of cannabis in a vehicle are a violation of California Vehicle Code § 23222(b).
DUI cannabis carries fines, license suspension, and possible jail time.
California adults 21+ may cultivate up to six cannabis plants per private residence for personal use. Plants must not be visible from a public place and must be kept in a locked space inaccessible to minors. Local jurisdictions may impose additional restrictions or prohibit home cultivation entirely — check your city or county ordinances.

Cannabis use during pregnancy or breastfeeding may be harmful to fetal and infant development. Cannabis smoke contains many of the same toxins as tobacco smoke. Regular cannabis use may affect memory, attention, and learning, particularly in developing brains. Cannabis can interact with prescription medications — consult your physician before use if you take any medications or have a medical condition.
Keep all cannabis products away from children and pets.
All Apex Floral products are cultivated, processed, and distributed under valid California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) licenses. Every batch is tested by a licensed third-party laboratory for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, microbials, and residual solvents before it reaches any licensed retailer. Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents are available upon request.
Ask your dispensary for the COA for any Apex Floral product.
